Bombay Pizza Co.
Me & Khiz love this place for lunch!
There's 2 locations in Houston area: Houston Downtown (914 Main St, Suit #105 Houston, TX) & Sugar Land (636 Hwy 6, Suite #100, Sugar Land, TX). Since we work in Sugar Land, we come here for lunch couple times a month. This place was also featured on "Best Thing I Ever Ate" on Food Network If you want to watch the Youtube Video on this click here.
What you will find here is some ULTRA THIN & crisp pizza as well as rolls, mini-burgers, pastas & entrees. I have never seen any pizza thinner than these, but they are surprisingly filling for how thin they are. They describe their pizza as "Award-Winning Stone Baked, Wafer Thin Crust with Fresh, Gourmet Toppings"
They have 3 sizes for pizza [8", 12", and 16"] and you have an option of having 2 different flavors for the 2 larger sizes. As Khiz & I like variety, we always get 2 different flavors. We eat quiet a bit... we either get a 12" pizza ($15.75) and a Tandoori Chicken Roll ($4.60) to share or we get one-16" pizza ($20) to share.
They got some interesting flavors available here. Thai & Indian influenced. total 15 Gourmet Specialty Pizzas (6 of them Vegetarian) and you also have an option of making your own pizza. Our favorites are Nandita's A Thai & Gateway of India.
Nandita's A Thai: Tandoori Chicken, Carrots, Green Peas, Cilantro, Scallions and Mozzarella on Thai Red Curry
Gateway of India: Tandoori Chicken, Fresh Crab Meat, Artichoke Hearts, Provolone and Mozzarella on Cilantro-Mint Chutney. Topped with Fresh Cilantro (yes, you read it right. CRAB meat)
